how to require external js code

Run this in zotero Tools->Run Js

error: 
Module `/home/xiahong/code/zotero-ai-summary/zotero_pdf_summary.js` is not found at resource://zotero//home/xiahong/code/zotero-ai-summary/zotero_pdf_summary.js

and

require("path")  

error : return Module `path` is not found at resource://zotero/path.js

I'm new to js. I want to require code in action-scripts, so as to share code in several scripts. how to import local code and standard library? Thanks!
