Adding tags to annotations using colors in order to filter in items list in Z7.1+

The new features of 7.1 allow us to list annotations in the items window. This is a great writing tool. It's possible to filter the annotations using the tag window. We can manually add tags to all annotations of a specific color for each item, but this is depressingly slow. It would be a great advance to be able to add a tag to all annotations (or annotations of selected items) of a specific color. Batch Tag Operations #351 comes close to this.
