Is there any workaround to support org-mode alongside MD ?

I went from Logseq (then obsidian, notion, many more) and I've found my place with Emacs and it's well support for org-mode.

I do a lot of work remotely with Zotero (at work, at university, on a mobile, on a tablet...)
Bette-Note is super great for initial review, atomic note taking, zettlekasten, so many other usecases.

I basically sync my zotero's/better-note's notes with a folder that I search through when it's time to write.

So, I often ask myself if it's feasible to improve my overall org workflow... A simple enhancement should to be able to write and sync actual org documents with better-notes, so every Emac's Org features will immediately benefits from it
