Images in notes are not synchronised and appear blank

I use file synchronization via WebDAV. However, when I switch to another PC, the images and their links are not displayed in Notes (see attached picture). When I try to display the source, I get the following error message: “The attached file could not be found”. The error cannot be reproduced via the IOS app on the cell phone, so the synchronization seems to work in principle. What is the reason for the error? Can anyone here help me?
