Filtering notes for each tag in a collection

Hello everyone,
I am using Zotero for my PhD thesis. I have created a collection named as Thesis in my library and this Thesis collection has also subcollections like Methodology etc and there are several files in this Methodology subcollection. I am creating notes with tags while reading any item. I would like to see my notes tag by tag in the Methodology subcollection without need to click on any item. Is that possible? I know that I can see my notes with their tags on a file but I want to filter and see the notes that I have taken in different files with the same tag just on the Methodology subcollection
