Add docs for api mode in aichat

/ai in the aichat docs, add that there is also an "api" mode, that allows calling the api for basic operations around those endpoints [ 'jobs', 'scripts', 'flows', 'resources', 'variables', 'schedules', 'workers' ]. precise that these endpoints are also available throught the mcp (add backlink to mcp docs). look at the open pr number 1062 for inspiration (#1062).
