This commit adds comprehensive documentation generated during the Wine codebase exploration phase, providing detailed insights into the Wine architecture, key files, and modernization opportunities. This commit completes the integration of modern Windows APIs by updating the Wine build system to compile and export the new implementations. Build System Changes: 1.
