How to design primer below 100 bp of amplicon #9

I'm happy to install and run your program successfully. Thank you.
I'd like to design my primer with 60 to 80 bp of amplicon.
I tried to design primer, neither example of hg38 and my custom snp db, but it's not working on that condition.
It was working with the maximum 100bp of amplicon size and the results show that around 110bp size of amplicon. but it's not working, just below with 100 bp of amplicon size, maximum 99 bp of amplicon size.
