Allow the Select Plugin to use the TimeZone and Country plugins as divs within its div

I had hoped that the Select plugin options could be used along with the TimeZone and Country picker. For example, to meet the two items I mentioned earlier, I would like to initate your select plugin, but then add my placeholder and my preferred items into the top of the div. The next div would call the rest of the countries or timezones. Then I would close the select div
