After updating from 3.2 to 4.0 I see no processes in the UI on Windows 10 1809 LTSC

Update from 3.2 to 4.0

Try Options window > Reset otherwise we would need a minidump.

even with fresh settings, everything is empty Processes, services, network, disk) and clicking on firewall crashes SI.
