Questions Visited Stored on Front-end. Should be handled backend

Currently the questions the user has visited is stored on the front-end in RandomQuestionContainer and the id's of these are sent every request.

This needs to be handled in the backend. 

Possibly creating a personalised feed of questions for users will fix this issue.
