metricsPrefix property is not considered when printing metrics on /metrics endpoint

If you set the metricsPrefix property like as in the example below

` "prom": {
      "enabled": true,
      "metricsPath": "/metrics",
      "metricsPrefix": "foo"
    }
`

the /metrics endpoint doesn't have prefixes on any metrics.
