Does flinux currently work?

I downloaded latest release on windows 10, made a helloworld program in c from linux then compiled and send it to the windows machine, and ran flinux.exe a.out in cmd and nothing happened, no error or print.. did the same thing while opening flog and it was complaining that it's not i386 executable. so i recompiled as 32bit and ran agian now i get

What does that mean? and why does flinux --help say "executable not found`
