Is Graphite CLI open-source?

Hi team,

Is Graphite CLI open-source?

We're considering using Graphite for our team. Is there a github project to raise issues/ask question related to the CLI, or to check how a gt command is implemented to understand its behaviour?

Also, I found that CLI help gt help is missing some commands like gt move or gt fold. Understand that there is CLI doc on Graphite web - though it would be more convenient if we could look up the command from the CLI itself.
