Detect .NET 7 with WIX V3.11

What's the best way to check if .NET 7 is installed using WIX V3.11? I know it's a new feature in V4 but my installer is V3.11 based.

The best way? IMHO, upgrade to WiX v4. 😄

DotNetCompatibilityCheck only sets the property.

Ok, so how do I stop the installation and display a message based on the property value? In WIX 3 I used to have something like this but with V4 I get an "Invalid child element" error.

Ok, so I now have this but it doesn't stop the installer from running (I don't have .NET 8). I'm guessing I have something wrong in Condition but I'm struggling to find the right format for conditions in the V4 docs.
