Del*.tmp files are still generating using WIX 4.0

Hi,

I have seen the issue #5548 got resolved in WIX 4.0. I have created a Wix standard application using v4.0 and installed the Setup. I have still observed one DEL*.tmp file got generated in temp directory. Below are my Setup and installer code.
May I know what I had done wrong. Any support provided is appreciated!
