I want to modify the DisplayVersion in the registry setting. basically want this field different from Version. Is that possible by using custom action for this? I am working on an MSI project.
I found this: #5496
As per this, i don't think MSI can do this. Is there any alternative suggestion? Since this issue seems to be pretty old.
