Signing the CLA

So I prepared a minor PR about something I tripped over in the doco (and there is more to come),

It won't merge because I haven't signed the CLA (which is fair enough) but I cannot find any reference to it anywhere (and in particular not in your contributing pages).

I have found a cla.json file but I cannot change that because I cannot submit a PR....

Can you help me bootstrap myself in?
