{FE52F7C7-B45D-443C-B5C3-10ADD92E66DF} is my old version package.

two packages, one bundle. I could run bundle correctly when upgrading. but when I do the same thing in sandbox, I got this error and can not uninstall the old version. Does anyone know why this happened?

Forget to mention that I am using wix 4.0.1
