WiX 5.0.0: Calling Torch

With 3.14, we are able to build English and Japanese locales, then call torch and msidb to "merge" eg.

How do we approach this with 5.0?

We have written a command line tool which does this: https://github.com/RISCSoftware/CreateEmbedLangTransform

This replaces the torch and MSIDB steps you are using.

I have only tested it with WiX 4, but it should work with WiX 5 as well.
