Developing a wix installer using Service Account (NT-AUTORITÄT\Lokaler Dienst) on German OS

1.Developing a Windows Service where we pass Local Service in german localized version(NT-AUTORITÄT\Lokaler Dienst) to install and run the service.
2.Installation is working fine , while starting the service I'm facing below issue.
Not able to start the feature due to insufficient priviliges.
