I have built both from the VS command-line
devbuild debugand VS2022. I then right click on the test and select Show Test in Test Explorer then right click on the test and select Debug, The debugger always prompts "You are debugging a Release build of BurnUnitTest.dll... and then my breakpoints are not hit.
