Consuming beta packages

I am trying to test 6.0.0-build.xx packages, but I just cannot find clear instructions what the source in nuget.config should be. I have not used GitHub packages before, so I know I am missing something obvious. Any help is appreciated.

It's documented in Getting started with WiX.

Note: we call these "dev builds" not "beta builds". WiX v6.0.0-rc.1 will be publicly available on nuget.org in a couple of weeks. The -rc.1 is more like a "beta build".
