Bugreport : broken Zip-File in Assets "WiX Toolset v3.14.1"

Since I could not open a bug report, I put a pointer here.

The file https://github.com/wixtoolset/wix3/releases/download/wix3141rtm/wix314exe.zip is much to small.

WiX 3 is no longer under free support.

There are also other ways to get the same content, so this .zip is not required.

suggest either providing a link to "other ways to get the same content" or REMOVE the defective asset

Meh. The project is archived so we would have to unarchive, remove the file and re-archive it. WiX v3 is all deprecated so there isn't a lot of value in putting more energy into it. On top of that, the file was like this for the better part of a year without that much confusion. So, yeah, meh.
