wcautil and dutil repos no longer available

We can no longer find the following two git repositories

• https://github.com/wixtoolset/dutil
• https://github.com/wixtoolset/wcautil

Did they disappear? Were they deprecated ? What is the new recommended way to use dtutil or wcautil, or more in general to use C++ DLLs as custom actions in a wix setup project?

Yeah. Both repos were re-integrated into the wix repo years ago, and we're finally garbage collected in the last week or so. dutil (https://www.nuget.org/packages/WixToolset.DUtil) and wcautil (https://www.nuget.org/packages/WixToolset.WcaUtil) are published on NuGet.
