Harvest Files based on user to choose harvesting files while installing the package

I have requrirement to harvest a directory based on user choose to harvest while installing the package (dynamically)

While installing the package user should be able choose Files to get harvest.
Component will allow to add Condition to harvest a single File and not the allow Files element .

However of I am looking for Harvesrt a directory using something like Files
