Wix5 Bootstrapper - The second bootstrapper window appear during wix5 boostrapper installing

Hi there,

Does anyone face the issue when migrate the installer from wix3 to wix5 version, the second bootstrapper window appear during the boostrapper is installing in wix5 bootstrapper. It's very wired issue.

I don't know what reason caused this issue. But If I removed all custom actions from in Product.wxs file. The second bootstrapper window not shown.

Anyone know this issue?
