Failed to parse tracked line error

Question

I'm upgrading my wix project to Wix 6.0.1 using HeatWave.
After upgrade I encounter errors on trying to build the project.

The errors look like this:

Looks like Wix is trying to parse wixproj.BindTracking-en-US.txt file from obj/Debug folder and that BindTracking file contains a line "Input " that can't be parsed.

What can cause this issue and how to fix it?
