Open the /join or /j address

Hi guys,
I've recently updated Wizarr and noticed that when browsing to /j and /join I get the following,

I BELIEVE I used to be able to browse to one of these URLs and be prompted with the below page, where the user could then input their 6 digit invite code and follow the prompts;

I understand that this isn't the intended workflow but it was very useful as third-party messaging apps, such as Instagram and FB Messenger, have their own browser in-built which does not function with the pop-out Plex sign in window, which would then break Wizarr. The workflow I would follow would be

1. Provide user with 6 digit code
2. Tell user to browse to X website and click the "Join" button
3. User inputs 6 digit code and follows the prompts
