feature request: bind std::array

Could we have binding for std::array?

It could be like bind_vector but without the append operations etc since it would be a fixed size.

It's not something I plan to work on. But I am open to external contributions. Since std::array doesn't resize, the tricky parts in std::vector (mutable references) are easy to do.
