A bulk updates PR where I will be making a bunch of long-overdue changes (#58)

* fix: NSWorkspace notification only effect on NSWorkspace notificationCenter.

* getting rid fo user data

* Getting rid of bag localization

* activating the settings window when the user clicks on it

* using @retroactive to get rid of a warning

* saving enabled and disabled applications

* not doing things unnecessarily

* making pixel point scale no longer static

* using constant quality instead of constant bit rate means that the "flashier" or more random the video, the higher the bitrate will be

* getting rid of the settings and quit

* making the dock functional

* adding back in the infoplist.xcstrings

* removing docc

* Getting rid of config tests

* added a base swift format

* swift formatting everything

* swift-lint now passes

* things build after linter changes

* testing the review manager

* formatting

* infoplist translations

* localizable is finally working
