glide.lock: Bump update-deps

This is a no-op change, but I wanted to get it out of the way to
isolate the substantive changes which are comming in later commits.
Generated with:

  $ go get -u github.com/Masterminds/glide
  $ go get -u github.com/sgotti/glide-vc
  $ glide --version
  glide version 0.13.0-dev
  $ make update-deps
