Tagging v0.1.0 #13
Description
I don't see any other changes we need to make before this API is compatible with the v0.1.0 release of the spec. Shall we tag a 0.1.0 release in this repository so runtimes aiming for it have a stationary target? Does anything else need to land before such a tag?
