Metrics for sensor center #22
Description
Morocco has worked on the first sensor centre (Kai (c)) to measure the number of synop of the GTS and the same number natively on WIS.
It is expected to have more Sensor Center in the future for additional statistical function.
We need to define a naming convention for this.
I suggest to start with the usual ISO 2-letter code, followed by the organisation name, then sensor and a part for the role of the sensor centre.
Typically, for the GTS vs. WIS2 statistical analysis provided by Morocco that would give ma-marocmeteo-sensor-gts-transition
Those centre_id would then provide various metrics to be agreed and stored in a csv file of this repository.
Eg. metrics like wmo_wis2_sgt_gts_synop and wmo_wis2_sgt_wis2_synop (sgt being for Sensor GTS Transition).
