Traning issue

Thanks for sharing the code, I have tried but here are my problems.

1. How long do you spend to train the net from scatch?
2. During my test, I have trained for 300 epochs, but the loss seem not to decrease after about 150 epochs? How do you keep training the model for such as 10000 epochs, when the loss is not decreased?
3. "AdamWithWeightsNormalization" is used instead of "Adam", what is the advantage and how much PNSR gain could be obtained.
