[REQUEST] add parameter for output_root path

Please describe what you want to be added/changed:
It would be very nice if i could specify the output_root (in constants) via cli command e.g.:
python3 main.py --type "$TYPE" --name made-in-abyss --lang Deutsch --dl-mode series --season-override 1 --provider VOE --output 'C:/custom/download/path/'
That would be very helpful for me, instead of editing the constants everytime especially in the manual download. :D

Currently working on a version with this:

• Absolute Path (full path (w/o Type as folder))
• Folder Path (start from Project dir (w/o Type as folder))
• no value (default path (with Type as folder))
  Not sure when I am done :D
