Missing dependency web3-utils #190
Description
Describe the bug
After doing a fresh install with a minimal Hardhat project, the tests failed, reporting a missing web3-utils dependency.
Reproduction steps
- Start a new project that utilizes Smock for the tests
- Try running that test
Expected behavior
The tests should run without an issue.
