fatal error due to memory issue on custom server

Describe the bug:

I keep getting

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/google/protobuf/src/Google/Protobuf/Internal/Message.php on line 130

Steps to reproduce:

1. Regular daily operation cause this problem

Expected behavior:

It happens daily

Actual behavior:

My website keep slowing down and get fatal errors
