Replace crazy-max/ghaction-github-pages with official GitHub Pages actions

Use actions/configure-pages, actions/upload-pages-artifact, and
actions/deploy-pages instead of the third-party crazy-max action.
Also bumps actions/checkout from v2 to v4.
