[Tablet Orders] NewTaxRateSelectorView's shimmer component miss-behaving on tablets #11764
Description
I could only reproduce this on tablets with the current M3 exploration/experimentation (not in trunk). Worth noting so we can test it again once tablet support is completed.
Like on #11683, the shimmer component seems to miss-behave on NewTaxRateSelectorView:
