Releases: woocommerce/woocommerce-ios
5.7
The app now supports iOS 13 and up which will allow for more rapid feature development.
We've fixed a bug that prevented thumbnail images from appearing for product variations on the order details screen, and centered the footer spinner vertically and horizontally.
5.6
You asked, and we listened! You can now create simple, grouped, and external products for your store directly from your iPhone or iPad. Turn your ideas into products, even when you’re away from your computer.
That’s not all! We fixed problems, including a bug that meant newly submitted orders weren’t always showing up in an order list. We also made improvements. For instance, you can now issue refunds—for products or shipping—directly from the order screen.
5.5
Products: You can now add simple, grouped, and external products and save products as drafts. We’ll have more new features for you to try out soon!
Other fixes: The Order Details screen now shows variation attributes for WooCommerce stores on version 4.7 and above. You may also notice that the Product Detail screen now shows the number of product ratings. Previously, it displayed the number of reviews, which was inaccurate.
5.4
- Fixed! The footer in the app's Settings is now centered, draft products now sort from "Newest to Oldest" as expected, and the white background color has been removed from the placeholder view in the top dashboard chart in dark mode on iOS 14.
- Enhanced! Use the new date picker in iOS 14 to edit the date shipped in order details > add tracking and edit sale dates in details > price setting. Also, you'll see a "No Title" placeholder for products without a title in the products list.
5.3
Products: In Settings → Experimental Features, a Products switch is now available for turning M4 features on and off (currently, the default is off). You can also add a simple, grouped, or external product and publish or save it as a draft.
General enhancements: Now, if you’re not saving a product as “published,” the in-progress modal will show a more accurate message — like “saving your product” instead of “publishing your product.” Also, when you dismiss the product selector search modal when at least one product is selected for a grouped product’s linked products, we’ll first ask you if you want to discard your changes.
Miscellaneous fixes: When opening a product or product variation from Order Details, it now shows read-only product or product variation details (and the product variation no longer appears in the Products tab anymore). Also, in the product and variation list, the stock quantity isn’t shown anymore if stock management is disabled.
5.2
In this update, we have a lot of new possibilities for editing your products to report.
For non-core products — which are the products that WooCommerce does not group under simple, external, variable, or groups — there are a plethora of new editing options! You can now change the image, name, description, read-only price, read-only inventory, tags, short description, and product settings.
You can also now edit variable products, and stock status is included in the variation list.
Our core products also have additional fields that can be edited — tags, categories, product type, enable/ disable reviews, and visibility.
We also have an update for Apple Sign In — if you disconnect Apple ID from the WordPress app (Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps using Apple ID) the app will log out when you launch, or if you switch between apps. So you won’t stay logged in if you don’t want to!
5.1
- Products: If the Products switch is on in Settings → Experimental Features for a variable product, the stock status is no longer shown in the product details when stock management is disabled (since stock status is controlled at variation level).
- Orders: The search list will now show the full count instead of “99+”.
- Reviews: We’ve fixed an issue where reviews were not refreshing correctly. Now, if you delete or mark a review as spam, this change will be reflected in the product reviews list.

We have lots of improvements in both Order Details and Settings to report in this update.
In Order Details, you can now add a “Guest” placeholder when a customer name isn’t provided. In the Product Details sub-section, we have fixed the glitch where clicking outside of “Add more details” dismissed the whole section.
In Settings, the “Feature Request” button was replaced with “Send Feedback.”
We also made some changes if the Products switch is on in Settings > Experimental Features:
- You can do some basic editing for non-core products, such as subscriptions, that are introduced by external plugins and not defined by default into WooCommerce’s four core groups (simple, variable, linked, and grouped). You can change images, name, description, price, inventory, tags, categories, short description, and product settings.
- Inventory and shipping settings for product variations, including stock status, can now be edited.
- The reviews row is hidden if reviews are disabled.
- You can open the product’s review screen even if there are no reviews.
- VoiceOver support in Product Details now includes the images header and the product name.
4.9
- Sign in with Apple at login.
- Experiment with new features in the Products section! Go to Settings to enable them.
- Edit products with ease: updates are now displayed in the product details after adjusting the sale price.
- Better manage your products: receive clear warnings when at least one variation does not have a price.
- Crash, be gone! Tap on a Product Review push notification with no issues.
4.8
The WooCommerce app you know and love, now with swiping right/left enabled on product images. (Yes, that’s it!)
