Status order sequence

Hello,

I would like to know how to change order statuses.

In my opinion, when an order is placed, the status in the system should be “ordered/paid.”

Once the order begins to be processed, the status should change to “in progress,” and once it is ready to be shipped, the status should change to “completed/shipped.”

I would like to follow a process like this in my shop, but I haven't found any plugins to manage the sequence I want.
