Definitely possible that there are problems. This place hosts dictionaries in many languages. Those dictionaries come from other places. I don‘t speak those languages.

On the fr package readme you can see where that dictionary comes from: https://github.com/wooorm/dictionaries/tree/main/dictionaries/fr. Could you confirm whether the problem is in that place too? And if so, raise it there? And otherwise report back?
