Add JMX instrumentation to StreamController #116
Description
We want to see whether the stream being monitored is currently active or recovering. Perhaps we also stick properties in to see the last connect / disconnect and the last event that caused a recovery. If in recovery, we also expose the next absolute time the stream tries to recover.
