Decide how to handle localisation. Import translations.

We have few `R.string.*` resources we'll import from `WPAndroid`. We should decide how we want to handle future `R.string.*` values we'll add to the library.

Also, we should add `R.string.*` values we've imported for english, for any other language supported by `WPAndroid` now.
