Stats: Date bar and list arrows appear in a wrong direction on any RTL language

Seems like the arrows in the week row are in the wrong direction:

I noticed the arrows facing the wrong direction on the Post Stats screen for RTL language while testing #7167.

I also found that the arrows on the side of the Posts and Pages View more screen are pointing the wrong direction.

The issue is still reproducible. We should make sure we provide proper RTL support in Stats.

Added to Maintenance Week as one of the possible tasks.
