(Jetpack App) Editor Always Showing Post in HTML Mode

We’ve received reports from Jetpack Mobile App users experiencing an issue where the post editor displays posts in HTML mode, even when Visual mode is enabled.

This issue appears to affect both Android and iOS on Jetpack app version 25.7.1.0.

Some HEs have been able to replicate the issue, while others have not.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open Jetpack App
2. Open existing post
3. Post will open in HTML mode, and switching to Visual Mode doesn't do anything
