Stats: Add days/weeks/months/years picker for charts

Description

• Close CMM-705: Add days/weeks/months/years granularity picker.
• Fix an issue with mapping of data points from the previous to the current period (wasn't working correctly for weekly granularity)

Note: I decided not to limit the available combinations. You can pick "Last 10 years" and select "Days" granularity. It likely will not load, but you can just not do that and it's unclear where to set the boundaries otherwise.
