[Improvement]: Remove deprecated code/documentation for scheduler.scheduled_job decorator

In v6 we expect scheduling through the decorator to be completely replaceable by using the schedule API.
This assumes we have implemented subworkflows and run predicates.

The following documentation should be removed:

• in /docs/guides/tasks.md the section ## The schedule file (DEPRECATED)
