[Maintenance]: Bump strawberry-graphql to latest version

Postponing this to 5.0 to get rid of blockers to finalize 4.8.

Tasks:

• Raise upper bound for strawberry-graphql (currently <0.285.0), at time of writing latest release is 0.296.1
• Fix breaking changes (enable_federation_2 removed from Schema) and document in upgrade guide
• Test integration
• verify that the example-orchestrator still works with these changes, without upgrading Netbox
